Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our heritage wines and delivery.
Where does Beringer Vineyards ship?
We currently ship to most U.S. states where law allows. Due to legal restrictions, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or certain restricted states. Please check our shipping policy page for the most up-to-date list of available locations.
Is an adult signature required for delivery?
Yes, federal law requires that all wine shipments be signed for by an adult who is at least 21 years of age. Carriers will not leave packages unattended at the door.
How should I store my wine after it arrives?
We recommend storing your wine in a cool, dark place with a consistent temperature (ideally around 55°F). Keep bottles on their side to ensure the cork remains moist and the seal stays intact.
What is your return policy for damaged bottles?
If your wine arrives damaged or is flawed, please contact our guest services team within 30 days of purchase. We are committed to ensuring you receive the highest quality product and will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Can I track my wine shipment?
Once your order has been processed and leaves our cellar, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep.
Do you offer climate-controlled shipping?
To protect the integrity of our wines, we may hold shipments during periods of extreme heat or cold. We also offer expedited and temperature-controlled shipping options during checkout to ensure your wine arrives in perfect condition.
